Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 -20 min | Total Time: 25-30 min
Ingredients
Dry:
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1.3 cup coconut sugar
Wet:
1/4 cup of full fat coconut milk (make sure to shake the can before opening)
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of nut butter (I recommend hazeul nut butter, but any nut butter will do)
1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
3 eggs
Optional Add In:
1/4 cup of chocolate chips (mixed in)
Frosting:
2/3 cup of coconut cream
3 tbsp of vanilla protein powder (optional)
3 tbsp of coconut sugar
2 tbsp of cacao powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350
Combine all of the dry ingredients together.
Melt the chocolate chips for approximately 45 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. I like to add in half a tablespoon of coconut oil for a smoother consistency.
Combine the wet ingredients together, excluding the eggs.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, add in the eggs one at a time.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Mix together the ingredients for the frosting and allow brownies to completely cool before topping.
