Ingredients
5 Medjool Dates
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/2 of one small shallot
1 tsp of stone ground dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to a high speed blender (I use a ninja bullet). Blend on high until dressing is smooth and creamy. You may have to use a silicone spatula to occasionally scape down the sides. Note: This dressing is creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of additional water at a time.
